Very easy flat fee transaction. Tom was wonderful to work with. I submitted my info on his website which was very easy to use. He then contacted me with clarifying questions the next morning, which I greatly appreciated. I had offers two days after listing my property. Can’t imagine selling any other way. Highly highly recommend!!

She always seems to have the right connections to get the right professionals to handle everything from house maintenance, staging, photography/video and moving and storing.
