Our experience of selling our home from start to finish was amazing! We decided to sell our home sort of last minute and after contacting Catharine, we were able to put it on the market within 3 weeks and it sold the first weekend it showed. We could not have done this without Catharine. She guided us throughout the process. Her knowledge and expertise in selling homes, along with her contacts with trade workman (carpet installers, painters, stagers and electricians etc.) provided the support we needed instantly to get our home ready to show. From start to finish she had a game plan, so that we knew what was ahead of us and if we had a problem along the way she was there to advise us promptly. Lastly, when the offers came in, she and her team were able to give us sound advise on what offer was best for our family. Downsizing is never easy, but was particularly challenging for me being a single parent, working full time and homeschooling during a global pandemic. Niamh was often at the house working side by side with me during the decluttering and staging process, and assisted me in picking out staging furniture and artwork to make the place look picture perfect for the photo shoot! She timed the market just right, brought me multiple offers, and we were able to negotiate a contingency-free contract that gave me some rent-back time to get the rest of my things into storage as I awaited the completion of my new townhome! I would highly recommend Niamh as a seller's agent because she truly cares about her clients and wants only the best for them!
