We actually met Karen at an open house we walked into on our own. That house wasn't the right fit for us, but Karen's experience and friendliness caught us immediately that we asked for her help in our search. Karen was on the ball with everything. She was speedy when we needed to contact her and she was proactive in getting information to/from the sellers, the mortgage company, and the settlement company. She was beyond knowledgeable (and very patient) explaining every detail to us along the process, as we were very unprepared first time home buyers.
