Kent had been highly recommended to me. He sent a well-done, professional letter to me when learning of our needed, upcoming, out-of-state move. Months later we shared/compared further thoughts (as life progressed). - Kent responded quickly when the time to list our home was nearing. He came to our home w comps and possible transaction summaries. We agreed upon a listing price, while believing there would be multiple offers. Then, I accepted the first offer for that price basically, before the “For Sale” sign was hung — because of the welcomed “as is” aspect/wording in the offer. - Kent very clearly directed me regarding items I needed to produce toward settlement in our situation.
