Susan is a 5 star real estate agent in Northern Virginia. She instills confidence to both buyer and seller due to her in-depth knowledge of the area’s real estate market. She is extremely organized and provides a calendar to client at the beginning of the process in order to ensure no dates are missed. She sets realistic deadlines and was always one step ahead of us in the selling process. We were extremely impressed and pleased with her abilities and highly recommend her.

I couldn't have asked for a more capable real estate professional than Kristy Moore. I was unsure about how to market my house, such as how much "fixing up" to do, the time frame of when to list, the asking price, and other concerns. Kristy provided expert advice based on her experience in the real estate industry, and the outcome was spectacular. Kristy's stager, Julia, was a total asset, and did a masterful job of staging the house. Kristy and her team of experts were responsive, knowledgeable, and highly skilled, not to mention kind and caring. I will recommend Kristy Moore and Local Expert Realty without hesitation to anyone needing realty services in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

We are very pleased to give Sima our highest recommendation - she was the obvious choice because we'd had such a positive experience with her when we sold our previous house. We have never worked with anyone who cared so much and worked so hard for our benefit - in real estate or any other area. Perhaps the most important thing to note is that we moved out of the country during the process and Sima took care of the place and its needs, perhaps better than we ever could have. She truly cared about us and our home. Her real estate advice was right on and her knowledge of the difficult situation in Montgomery County in the last year was reassuring. If we were ever to move back we know who we would talk to. Sima gets five stars - we'd give her more, if we could.
