We recently had the pleasure of working with Ritu when looking for our home. As first-time homebuyers, from day one, Ritu was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing, she was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. We were first-time home buyers relocating from California to Virginia. We selected Ritu based on reviews we saw online and we were so lucky to have chosen her. She went above and beyond by introducing us to local handymen, cleaners, doctors, etc. As we are new to Virginia, this was rather very helpful for us. If the time ever comes when we will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question about who our Realtor would be!

I can’t speak highly enough of Alina as our real estate agent. She is professional, honest, and hardworking, in addition to just being a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive to the million questions my husband and I had as we prepared to sell our house. She explained every step along the way, and was very open throughout the whole process. She also was extremely knowledgeable- she priced our house exactly right so that it sold $60k over listing price in less than a week of being active on MLS. I would recommend Alina in a heartbeat. We are so grateful for everything she did for us!!!
