Wow, do we feel like we hit the Real Estate Realtor jackpot! After interviewing five different Realtors, we decided to go with Lisa Smith. From the minute she walked through our door, her energy and enthusiasm were contagious. She listened closely and developed an excellent marketing plan for our home that worked for us. After a short coming soon listing, our house was beautifully staged by Lisa and her twin sister Laura and listed on a Thursday. Showings by appointment took place on Thursday and Friday, followed by an open house on Saturday and Sunday. Offers were due on Monday and after considering several great offers, our house was sold!
