This was my second experience working with a real estate agent within the past 5 years. The first go around, I was working with a highly reputable agent, but did not have any luck finding a house to purchase. At the time, I believed that I was receiving top-notch service. Fast-forward to today, I chose Palmer as my agent, who was referred to me by a family member. She was flat out exceptional…exceeded my expectations. Friends and family warned me how stressful the home searching/buying process could me. I can say that was only because they didn’t have Palmer as their agent. I even remember asking her towards the end of the buying process, “so when does the whole crazy stress start that everyone keeps telling me about”. Overall, Palmer is extremely knowledgeable about the area, very responsive, and best of all, knows how to get you a great deal. I was searching during a time where homes were selling above asking list price. Palmer was able to find me a home that surpassed all my needs and wants at a lower price (thank you thank you THANK YOU!!). It’s simple, if you are looking for an agent to help you find a home, you need to choose Palmer.

I have had the pleasure of working with David through various real estate transactions over many years. His great customer service is the primary reason I keep returning. However, this last transaction we worked on together was easily the most challenging. In the past, I pretty well knew what I wanted, but not so much this time. When I first mentioned to David about wanting to start a search, the starting scope was between 5 & 150 acres from Leesburg to Winchester. Two years later, we’ve closed on my dream lot and hope to begin construction this summer. I’d be foolish not to involve David in that process as well.
