When we sold our rental property, Bernadette was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of explanations and, of course, lots of choices regarding the decisions we had to make. We found her to be very attentive and she responded to our questions in a timely manner. When the property went under contract, she made sure all of background details were completed in the necessary time which meant we didn’t have to worry about any surprises. I would highly recommend her as she is honest, professional, and experienced in the industry.

Holly is a terrific agent, and I would highly recommend her for anyone but especially for high end/luxury properties. She re-listed my property after I took a few months off (I'd listed with another agent first and went 4 months with no offers). She walked me through the process in a very thorough and professional manner. I was out of state throughout the listing and sale of my condo, and Holly was very communicative, responsive, and generally made everything much easier for me even without ever meeting in person. She provided regular updates and explanations of everything that was happening and made me feel confident that my listing was in expert hands.

Belinda is a professional through and through. She listens carefully to understand your needs as a seller or a buyer. Her home staging made for a very successful photo shoot. She combines that talent with an innate understanding of the market place and worked hard for me. I couldn’t be happier about my experience as a home seller and a buyer with Belinda’s expert advice and guidance.
