She is very responsive, and lead us through the processes of preparing our home, listing our home, understanding the offers presented for our home, presenting us with the necessary contracts, and helping us with the closing. I recently listed and sold my home in Lake of the Woods, Locust Grove, VA with Chris as my realtor. He came out and looked at the property and advised me on any work I needed to do to get the house ready to list and we discussed a list price based upon comps he'd pulled.
