Michelle was referred to us as an expert in the Broadlands community and honestly that is an understatement! Working with Michelle through both buying and selling during a crazy market period was fantastic, we were so glad to have her on our side. As buyers she helped us remain calm and focused on our goals when inventory was tight, knew about future builds in the area that might change a home's value, and helped us put together a strong and strategic offer on our dream home. From the seller side she immediately sent in a home stager who helped us elevate the look and feel of our space, recommended vendors, and brought in a spectacular photographer - our home sold for well over list price in just one weekend. We would absolutely recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy and sell a home, especially in the Broadlands!
