Michelle was excellent from the beginning to the end of the home sale process. She was a source of knowledge for contractors, helped manage the home while we were out of town, and even handled snow removal when it snowed the week our home was on the market. Michelle took us through the process from "I think we might want to sell someday" to a listing, a contract above asking price 4 days later, and a closing 15 days after listing. She was always willing to help, provided excellent feedback on everything from pricing to paint recommendations, to staging to removing maps on the wall even though I think they were great maps.
