Patricia was extremely knowledgeable about the market in my area, from the very beginning she explained in detail what we should do to find the best deal for my needs. She is a very professional contributor to the Real Estate market but she also provides a personal, caring touch to let you know she is there for you and is always looking out for your best interests. Her style of negotiation is thorough and she worked diligently to achieve the goal of making sure that both parties were satisfied with the outcome. Patricia Rivas is a whiz at her job and also a very nice person who I now consider my friend as well as someone I would run to again were I to need Real Estate assistance. Her company should be aware, they have an ACE when it comes to customer service and excellence in her job performance. - M. Campos

Tony you have been there for me again this time in selling my home. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and you coming up top. I can’t wait to have you by my side again in purchasing another home in the future. Thank you again for this journey.
