My first experience with Maria was to rent my apartment at River Place. I had been doing this myself for about 35 years and was ready for someone else to take care of things. She found a wonderful reliable tenant. When I decided to sell this property, she advised on all aspects of the process and came up with a cash buyer with no contingencies at a reasonable sales price, which was completed in a timely manner. Even completed everything virtually. Any questions she was always there to answer and take me to the next step. It was a true pleasure to do business with this wonderful woman!
