We were selected Nancy primarily based on the success that she had in selling a neighbor's property. Fortunate for us she was equally successful in getting us to the outcome that we wanted on our home sale! She gave us the right advice related to the sequencing of our new home purchase, move out, staging and listing and didn't pressure us into any decisions that we were uncomfortable with. Her marketing strategy created significant anticipation around our listing and ultimately led to multiple offers within days of listing. She handled the process efficiently, fairly and professionally. We would not hesitate to use Nancy again and would recommend her to any home buyers or sellers who want a straight forward, knowledgeable, motivated and capable agent who drives results.
