When I was ready to list the house Chris and his team had already done all the preliminary work with me so basically all I needed to do at listing time was to provide a key for the lockbox. The house sold within a week of listing and above the list price. My closing was scheduled at a time and location that was convenient for me. The entire experience with Chris and his team was seamless and much appreciated by me.
