My wife needed someone to speak Spanish and I needed English. That allowed each of us to be sure we understood everything. Guiselle took care of that for us. Everything we needed, she handled. She brought in a great loan officer and excellent home inspectors. We shared our vision with Guiselle and told her we wanted to see certain properties. One after one of the properties we asked to see didn't quite match what we needed. We last looked at a property we thought we could make work for us with effort. The property was being sold as-is and the seller was being difficult. Guiselle took care of that as well, ensuring we got a good look at the property before going forward. The property inspectors were very thorough, and we found termites and foundation damage among a long list of issues. The seller wanted top dollar for a house that was in desperate shape. He wouldn't budge on his price. Disappointed that the property we thought we had found was not going to work, we started to leave. Guiselle had listened to what we needed all along. She may only have 2 years of experience, but she is so accomplished in reading people and finding ways to please them, plus she is so well connected, you would never regret for a moment having used her. Every phone call was returned promptly, every request met to our satisfaction or above, and the team she pulled together to take care of us, literally "take care of us", was superb.
