There are plenty of professional reasons to work with him: He was professional and masterful in negotiating our first home purchase. He actually got us the best deal possible given our factors. He worked with us in scheduling meetings around the clock. He was readily available to answer our real estate questions, as well as very knowledgeable in his field. He always made it his priority to keep us informed. But what impressed me the most about him was the fact that he is such a decent human being. He never pushed us to make a decision although he readily gave sound advice, meaning he always had his clients' best interests at heart. And even after his job was done and the closing date had passed, he still is readily available to answer any questions we may have. Working with Mr. Martinez made an extremely stressful time much much more bearable. We are so very grateful for him.
