I met Eunice after requesting information for a rental. She is very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable working with her from day one. I changed my mind about renting and decided to buy a home. I was relocating from Texas and needed a home. She referred me to a lender who specialized in VA loans and I received daily listings. There were a couple of homes that interested me and Eunice was of great assistance with viewing the property and sending me pictures/videos. I was fortunate to find a home during my house hunting trip. Eunice kept me informed throughout the closing process. My closing was in Texas and I wasn’t planned to move until 3 weeks later. Eunice was helpful assisting me with taking care of internet, cable and alarm system hook ups. I know she went above of what was expected and I greatly appreciated it. I gladly wrote this review and highly recommend Eunice for her professionalism, knowledge and diligence.

Janet always kept us in the loop, she would offer her knowledge of the market currently and as it changed. She knew what was happening and how we could change things if we needed to. We were more than satisfied with her actions as a strong representative of the real estate world.

We just closed on a new home in Winchester VA. Cynthia Butler was the real estate agent representing the builder. With that said, I felt like Cynthia was our personal realtor. As we lived Texas during the build of our new home, Cynthia kept us up to date on the build status sending us pictures on the home build progression. Cynthia also worked with us closely on option selections, answering all our questions or concerns expeditiously. Cynthia showed an abundance of knowledge about the complete build process, the remote closing process and any other concerns we had. We felt very confident in Cynthia’s ability to look out for the best interests of not only the builder but us as well. We trusted her judgment and guidance during the entire process. If you ever need an excellent real estate agent with a superb personality, Cynthia is simply the best!!
