Highly recommend working with Teresa. We were searching from out of state. Getting up to see homes before someone else bought them was no small task. I choose Shauna after I met her and her high energy level and enthusiasm for my property. What I didn't know at the time was her attention to every detail including constant communication which is key and her work ethic. She kept me informed about what was happening during the listing, the selling contract, and the timeline of what was expected as well as handling all inspections and what was needed to pass. We closed right on time and she made the whole process easy. I would 100% recommend her and her extraordinary talent to get things done to anyone.
