We worked with our agent for a full year as we planned our relocation from Massachusetts to Florida, and over that time, she became much more than our real estate agent—she became a friend. This was a big move for our family, and we really appreciated her patience as we explored different homes, neighborhoods, and priorities. She took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted in our next home. We always felt comfortable asking questions, talking through concerns, and being honest about what felt right for us. Her communication made the process so much easier. She was responsive, approachable, and willing to walk us through the details. Working together from another state could have been stressful, but having someone we trusted in Florida made a real difference. Her knowledge of Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding market helped us narrow our search and feel confident about where we wanted to live. When we found our home, she guided us through the offer and negotiations with professionalism and care, keeping our interests in mind and helping us understand our options. What stands out most is the relationship we built throughout that year. We shared plenty of conversations and laughs along the way, and she made the experience feel personal. We felt she cared about helping our family find a place where we would be happy. We are now settled into our Florida home and are so grateful she was part of this chapter in our lives. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or relocating, especially those who want a knowledgeable agent who is also a warm, caring person.

Julie Citron is a consummate professional and prompt communicator. She educated us on VT real estate law and kept us informed every step of the way as we sold our beloved Murray Hill ski condo in Manchester after 25 years. She addressed the few transactional snags we encountered with the other parties, and was very reassuring during stressful moments. Julie was trustworthy and handled a myriad of details, since we live out of state. I recommend her and Dave.
