He got the ball rolling on inspections, negotiated with the seller on repairs and mitigations, pushing the seller and inspectors to get them done during the short time we were in town. He kept the ball rolling to progress to closure, talking to the lender, title company, inspectors, and contractors, not letting anyone be idle to progress to closure, which we had need to happen ASAP. All the while, keeping us in the loop constantly, including while my wife and I were on a European cruise.

Great experience! You will have to do most of the work to get it listed (photos, description, etc) but you save a ton of money. The service is great and they really want to make sure you get the most out of your sale. I would recommend Flat Rate Homes to anyone looking to sell their house!
