I was introduced to Jay my best friend because Jay had sold his house in a day for more than he had anticipated. Jay had my town home sold before it had hit the MLS for more than the listing price. I was out of the country during the process and Jay made sure everything was done on time including the cleaning, touch up painting and the moving of any last items in the house.
