I have purchased two homes with Brandon and he is wonderful. He is truly a master of his craft. He is extremely knowledgeable about the work he does. Brandon's estimate of our home's value when we placed our offer ended up being the exact amount it appraised for, which saved us about $15,000. He is personable and I never felt pressured to make an offer on a house I didn't love. He is also not afraid to discuss concerns about a home, which is helpful to someone like me, who might not notice. He is also very accessible at almost any hour of the day, which was really helpful to me as I went through the process (twice!). I would never go with another realtor. Brandon is the best!

When selling our property to move 3 states away, we knew that we needed someone knowledgeable, creative, and hard working to get our property sold quickly and smoothly. After the initial listing appointment, we knew that Dan would be the best guy for the job. He was detailed, had an answer for all our questions, and had a solid plan to get our home sold. We went under contract the day after listing, and had a mostly smooth transaction. Towards the end, things got a little bumpy, but Dan stepped in and took initiative to get things done and taken care of, and we didn’t have to worry about anything.
