We were very so fortunate to have found Kristina Watkins and can't speak highly enough of our experience with her. Kristina walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a “Love” letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us…it worked!! We had a great experience and she is one of the best estate agent we ever come across!
