Lora Stott is definitely a people person and had excellent peopeople skills. It was a pleasure to work with her. She ended up being more accurate about the eventual sale price of the home. The other realtor was way low so we feared a self-fulfilling prophesy with that realtor. Lora was more optimistic and we liked that. She was willing to answer our questions along the way and didn't seem annoyed when we had requests. Her open house was well planned and we had a good showing. She was honest, and straight forward. She was on time. We had a lower appraisal than our offer so she fought to get the appraisal raised.

She was responsive and attentive. We saw her leaving on a Sunday after an open house and she was kind enough to let us tour the home, we put in an offer that night and now we are homeowners. She was wonderful throughout the process and we would highly recommend.
