Mary is so smart and experienced, she has been in the market for 20+ years and knows everything about the types of homes, the good areas, and she's very good at communicating with my family and when we were negotiating with the sellers. From our very first meeting she spent more than an hour educating me and answering all of my questions as a first time homebuyer, then her and her team would always send us homes to go take a look at, while we were looking at homes, she was always taking notes of what I liked and didn't like so that we could curate the perfect home for me, she was also very straightforward if I wanted something that was going to put us over our budget she would let me know. Mary and her team were also always available by phone when we had questions, if she was busy, she would always call me back or text. Eventually we found a perfect home after a month of searching. The sellers we not very easy to work with but thanks to Mary's persistence we were able to come to an agreeable deal. It was a difficult process, but it definitely would've been so much harder if I didn't have Mary and her team helping me. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Mary to anyone interested in buying real estate, and will definitely seek out her services again if I ever want to purchase another property in the future.

He is personable and I never felt pressured to make an offer on a house I didn't love. He is also not afraid to discuss concerns about a home, which is helpful to someone like me, who might not notice.
