We had our home on the market with another agent for several months and had very little action. We had 3 offers approx. 1 1/2 months after Haley put it on the market. She seems to know how to get your home out there and marketable. One of our offers came from Florida, so we know she has a broad network.

Our experience with Joan could not have gone better. We were in the midst of having to sell our mother’s home of 35 years which was so obviously her style and held amazing family memories. With a fresh coat of paint and some staging it was converted into a home that others could envision their lives and resulted in multiple offers the first weekend on the market.
