We could not have asked for a better agent than Shandon. 2017 is a fierce seller's market in Utah, but Shandon helped us secure a contract and the necessary repairs (e.g., roof replacement, electrical upgrades, washer/dryer) for a beautiful home. Shandon's experience in construction management is extremely helpful -- he can walk you through a home and know exactly what looks good, bad, or salvageable in a structure (helped us avoid a deceptively bad foundation and another home with hidden water damage). Shandon is one of the most conscientious and professional people I've had the pleasure of working with. We felt zero pressure, he became very in-tune with our preferences, and he was always very quick to respond to calls, text, and email. He asks great questions throughout the buying process to pinpoint what you're looking for and, as our preferences evolved over a couple weeks, he was happy to accommodate. If we move again in the future, I will definitely be relying on Shandon and he's the first I'll recommend to friends and family.

Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.

We were lucky to have Tricia as our realtor after she helped other family members find their home. She was very patient showing us multiple homes while we narrowed down our search. Our toddler loved going to look at homes with her, and she was patient and very helpful with them during showings. Hand written cards were an additional touch showing her thoughtfulness. We don't foresee needing to go house shopping anytime soon, but we know we have an excellent realtor if we do.
