Ashley has been our family's real estate agent for several years. Whether we are buying or selling, we know we will get the very best advice, service, and deal. She is very knowledgeable about the market and was available to answer all of our questions and address any concerns. She also has many contacts with the trades which helped us prepare our homes for sale. I never worried when working with Ashley. I knew everything would be taken care correctly and efficiently.

Michelle is by far the most knowledgeable, versioned and hardest working Agent I have worked with. From the beginning she provided me with prompt, detailed and numerous options. She arranged many visits to properties and with her eye for detail, was able to counsel me on pros and cons for each property. When I chose the home I wanted, she worked tirelessly to ensure the VA loan got approved. Not just that, but she insisted that the roofs to both the garage and house be replaced at seller’s cost. There were times when she assisted the loan team and ensured everything was done. I can call my house a home with my family thanks to her efforts and impressive job as my realtor.

Cory made the house buying process a fun one. Going to look at potential houses with him was a blast and he was always quick to respond to show times. The best part of having him as my agent was it really felt like he was looking after my best interests. His understanding of contracts and negotiation skills really showed me that he was making sure that all of my bases were covered which gave me a sense of confidence before I had to sign on the dotted line. 10/10
