We were lucky to have Tricia as our realtor after she helped other family members find their home. She was very patient showing us multiple homes while we narrowed down our search. Our toddler loved going to look at homes with her, and she was patient and very helpful with them during showings. Hand written cards were an additional touch showing her thoughtfulness. We don't foresee needing to go house shopping anytime soon, but we know we have an excellent realtor if we do.

Heidi and Dave were awesome to work with and listened to all our requests even if we were sometimes crazy in our needs. Their knowledge in things really helped out when we had question after question. Will definatly recommend them to others that are looking to buy, rent to own or seller finance a home.
