I have purchased two homes with Brandon and he is wonderful. He is truly a master of his craft. He is extremely knowledgeable about the work he does. Brandon's estimate of our home's value when we placed our offer ended up being the exact amount it appraised for, which saved us about $15,000. He is personable and I never felt pressured to make an offer on a house I didn't love. He is also not afraid to discuss concerns about a home, which is helpful to someone like me, who might not notice. He is also very accessible at almost any hour of the day, which was really helpful to me as I went through the process (twice!). I would never go with another realtor. Brandon is the best!

Jeff is a true professional. He patiently worked with us over a four year period of time to find the right property. He was always patient, informative and willing to do any research needed. He has a long list of contacts in Ogden valley for anything needed including information on water rights, wells, building code, neighbors, etc. Jeff was always responsive to our needs and consistently available to take our calls day or night. He was aggressive in connecting us with sellers and was able to find information that was critical in the timing of our purchase.
