Due to a job transfer we were faced with moving and selling our home with little notice, at the end of the summer (after peak selling season). We needed to sell fast but didn’t want to lose equity by lowering the price. We tried to sell it FSBO for about 10 days to see if we could save some money, but it was a LOT of work and headache. We reached out to Lisa and she came to the rescue! She took the time to walk through our house and gave us great insights on things to change or fix that would help with a quick sell at the current market value.
