Above Expectations

Joni went above and beyond what I expected. When some issues came up on the inspection report she called and met contractors to get pricing to fix. What other agent does that. I was impressed. Thanks

Joni had a very professional, but totally friendly and supportive way of handling the transaction!

Joni still feels like a friend, not just a business association, but that she really cares and wants to make sure I am happy with the results of our transaction, which I am! I felt that she was very knowledgeable about the housing market and I was comfortable with our final outcome. It was a pleasure to work with her and if I had a similar need for a home purchase in the future, she would be the first person I would call!

One of the best

We love Annette! She is a truly seasoned agent. She is always three steps ahead of the game. She has a backup up plan for the backup plan and always knows someone that can get you the answers you need! We couldn't recommend her enough.

She was super knowledgeable and was extremely passionate about finding the house we wanted

She's very energetic and passionate about being a realtor. She's not in it for herself she's in it for the buyer, which is super cool. She worked great with us and the sellers and was able to get us some kick back from them. All in all, very impressed.
