I appreciated Steve’s negotiation skills and communication style. I found his motivation to get the properties sold very refreshing – it is clear he knows what he is doing. His methods were strong in attracting legitimate buyers. His commitment to getting a good deal for his clients was evident. During the contract process, he was quick to take care of issues. This included him ensuring a sale would go through when he personally helped with some maintenance issues that occurred right before Christmas. He was also adept at maintaining helpful communication and recommendations between conflicting parties in my particular situation. His efforts kept the process simple and I am happy with the solid results he got in a difficult market.

I loved working with Dana! I went with a builder, and while so many people I worked with during the home buying/building process would regularly frustrate or disappoint me (mortgage company, sales broker, building supervisor, etc.), Dana was my rock through it all, always a pleasure to work with. It was clear to me that she had my best interest in mind from start to finish. She's knowledgeable, candid, and personable. I'll definitely be working with her the next time I'm in the market to buy a home.
