We listed with Jessica based on who we know her to be - an excellent human being who happens to also be a realtor and our friend. What we got was a savvy, smart and timely person who worked her heart out for our benefit and was tireless in supporting us through the process and was brilliant in her pricing strategy and timing and extremely savvy in working with buyer's agents and people in general. In the end, it was easy to see that all those things that Jessica is worked in our favor and it did so because of the trust we placed in her.
