I seriously cannot say enough positive things about Shanna. She knows the real estate business inside and out and she is absolutely fantastic at what she does. I really felt like she had our back and was completely dedicated to finding us a home. The market in our price range was extremely competitive and intimidating. She really gave us confidence that it would work out, and then she literally made it happen for us. We will undoubtedly use her for all our real estate needs from here on out and recommend her to everyone we know. What's more is that on top of being an expert in her field, her personality is awesome. We loved house hunting with her, had fun, and left the experience with a home we love and a new friend. We didn't know any real estate agents in the area we were house hunting in and didn't know who to ask for a recommendation. Since this was the biggest purchase we've ever made, we felt really nervous just picking someone online and trusting the reviews. If anyone reading this review is in a similar position, you will not regret using Shanna as your agent. Picking Shanna was the best decision we made in the process.

We listed with Jessica based on who we know her to be - an excellent human being who happens to also be a realtor and our friend. What we got was a savvy, smart and timely person who worked her heart out for our benefit and was tireless in supporting us through the process and was brilliant in her pricing strategy and timing and extremely savvy in working with buyer's agents and people in general. In the end, it was easy to see that all those things that Jessica is worked in our favor and it did so because of the trust we placed in her. We are extremely grateful for the opportunity we had to execute this transaction under Jessica's guidance. She made the whole process as easy for us as possible. Couldn't provide a higher recommendation of someone to work with. One warning I will provide is that if you work with Jessica, you're going to have a new long-term friend to share cards with on holidays so don't say you weren't warned! ;-)
