We listed with Jessica based on who we know her to be - an excellent human being who happens to also be a realtor and our friend. What we got was a savvy, smart and timely person who worked her heart out for our benefit and was tireless in supporting us through the process and was brilliant in her pricing strategy and timing and extremely savvy in working with buyer's agents and people in general. In the end, it was easy to see that all those things that Jessica is worked in our favor and it did so because of the trust we placed in her. Jessica helped us sale and purchase a home. Best decision we made in all this was having Jessica on our team. She knows her stuff and in every changing situation she always had our best interests in mind. She really does have your back. She is very knowledgeable but not pushy and honestly felt more like a friend than a realtor. One of our offers on selling would have made her more money but she only wanted to do what she felt was best for us. Never once did we feel she was doing things for her. Had we not had her helping us. we would have made mistakes that would have cost us in buying and selling. Her suggestions were spot on and worked exactly as she said they would.
