Dan was excellent from beginning to end. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot to learn (and after touring 50+ homes, and a lot of questions!), and he was incredibly patient, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. One of the things that stood out most was Dan’s eye for detail. While walking through homes, he was constantly pointing out things we wouldn’t have known to look for—potential concerns, things to be cautious about, and details that could affect the value or ownership of a home. He didn’t just open doors; he educated us along the way. His knowledge of the market was also invaluable. He had a strong sense of what was realistically priced, what was overpriced, and where there might be room to negotiate. He was also willing to go beyond our original target areas so we could fully understand our options and make sure we were choosing the right home and location. Communication was exceptional. Dan was immediately responsive, made scheduling showings incredibly easy, and was always available when questions came up. He is professional, well respected, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly has strong relationships and connections throughout the area. Most importantly, we always felt like we were getting thoughtful, experienced advice. Dan is truly top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through buying our first home.

Diane has been my wonderful realtor for decades. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else for my real estate needs. She is simply the best! She has helped me buy and sell several properties over the years. She skillfully recommends contacts for financing, inspections, and all necessary services to get the sale(s) completed. Rena is a true professional. My husband and I were impressed by her in-depth knowledge of the many facets associated with real estate. It was evident when we worked with her that she had a deep understanding of all of the technical details (regulations, financial, contracts, etc). On the other end of the spectrum Rena has an eye for aethestics and beauty which was extremely important when it came time to show the home. She understands PEOPLE, which gives her the ability to deal with the emotions and the psychology that associated with buying and selling of a home.
