Rena is a true professional. My husband and I were impressed by her in-depth knowledge of the many facets associated with real estate. It was evident when we worked with her that she had a deep understanding of all of the technical details (regulations, financial, contracts, etc). On the other end of the spectrum Rena has an eye for aethestics and beauty which was extremely important when it came time to show the home. She understands PEOPLE, which gives her the ability to deal with the emotions and the psychology that associated with buying and selling of a home. Nicki also had the best contacts for the follow up inspections that needed to occur. Throughout it all, Nicki’s patience never wavered. She genuinely enjoyed diving into the complexities of rate buy-downs and creative ways to maximise seller concessions and protect our wallet. We joked that after this transaction she is well on her way to becoming a mortgage broker too! Nicki feels like family to us now.
