I can’t recommend Ariana Rapp, Paige Steckling, and the team at REAL Broker enough. I was going through a very difficult divorce while trying to sell our home under an extremely tight timeline. Ariana was there every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions, explain the process, and help me navigate a situation that often felt overwhelming. When we learned the home was facing an auction deadline, she immediately shifted into high gear and got everything moving quickly—coordinating photos, staging, cleaning, marketing, open houses, lender communication, and countless moving pieces behind the scenes. What impressed me most was that she never treated me like just another transaction. She treated me like family. She advocated for us, communicated with all parties involved, helped mediate difficult situations, found backup options when needed, and even helped connect me with housing resources during my move. She genuinely cared about helping my children and me land on our feet. Despite a challenging market situation and significant time pressure, Ariana worked tirelessly to get our home sold before the deadline. She and Paige went above and beyond in ways that most agents simply wouldn’t. Looking back now, several months later, I have an even greater appreciation for everything they did. Selling a home under those circumstances was incredibly stressful, but Ariana’s professionalism, compassion, responsiveness, and dedication made all the difference. If you’re looking for a real estate team that will work hard, communicate honestly, and truly care about their clients, I highly recommend Ariana Rapp, Paige Steckling, and REAL Broker.
