I just bought a house that was a fixer-upper. I was hesitant to buy but at my price range, it was the best compromise. He had multiple contacts for me to use for paint, yard work, flooring, roofing and so many more great quality professionals at that work at comparatively bargain prices. So far, Gary has sold 3 homes for me, and helped me buy my 3rd home as of last week, as my personal home needs have changed over the last 24 years I have known him. I do highly recommend him and will use him again if I decide to move in the future.
