The 1996 film starring Tom Cruise and Cuba Gooding Jr. is a comedy about a sports agent with a huge heart and the dream of doing business differently. In the film the agent goes above and beyond over and again for his client, often to hilarious and entertaining lengths (SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!). While my experience with Kroger Menzer was not as cinematic/dramatic, he really does parallel the passion to go beyond the status quo, the huge heart, the genuine people/listening skills, and deep expertise in his field of the Jerry Maguire character. Kroger helped me sell my 78 year old mother's condo in Day Break, Utah. I very much felt like we were a team working together. I was well supported in my efforts to do minor renovations, repairs and staging to get the place in its best condition to go to market. He was extremely patient and respectful of my aging mother, very knowledgeable about the other roles in the process (not just his piece of the equation). He was extremely responsive and proactively communicative with me. Because I was in charge of this sale for my entire family and was managing it from out of state, proactive communication was especially valuable to me. If he needed a response before a deadline from me and I hadn't responded yet, I was given the benefit of the doubt that I was super busy and didn't see it, and we always progressed with momentum each step of the way together. I was confident I didn't have to make sure balls didn't get dropped. I learned so much in the process because of Kroger's approach to educating his clients (if they want to learn) not just advising them. Kroger really worked diligently for my family and we are happy with the financial results of our sale. He cares very much about his community and his reputation is well earned.

John was very knowledgeable about helping us get our home ready to be put on the market. He was very professional and knowledgeable about market conditions, our neighborhood and what type of buyer would be interested in purchasing a home in our location and price range. John personally held many open houses and always provided us with the details of each showing. He was always available to answer our questions and/or concerns and gave us honest feedback and advice. John always had our best interests in mind and was very helpful in helping us make the right decisions to sell our home. We will use John is any future real estate transactions we might have, and we can unequivocally recommend his services to anyone with a need for honest, knowledgeable and professional real estate representation.

Cameron is an outstanding realtor. First of all, he's professional and timely, personable (and funny!), incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and an excellent communicator. During our first meeting with him, we talked extensively about what we were looking for in a perfect home and he promised to do whatever it took to get us one. He never pressured us into putting in an offer and was always open and honest about potential issues /defects he noticed when we toured homes. When we were interested in properties or had other questions, he would promptly call the selling agent (often he had already worked with them which is a huge plus), and get us as much information as possible. After just ONE month of working with Cameron, we found a great home we wanted to put an offer on - and this is the part where Cameron SHINES. He is an incredible negotiator (a true ninja, as one reviewer below puts it) and our offer was accepted! Cameron set up the inspection, got repair estimates, helped negotiate a great counteroffer, and seamlessly closed the deal. We are first-time home buyers and plan to use Cameron for all future real estate needs. You should do the same, you will not regret it!
