Amanda is a phenomenal agent. It is difficult to put into words how great she is, and if you ever have a chance to trust her with your real estate purchase, you will know why. She is very knowledgeable and willing to educate you with every step of the process, ultimately providing you with all of the necessary details in order to make an informed, confident decision. She will make sure you do not take undue risks and is always current on what the market is calling for in terms of contingencies and incentives, so that she can provide creative ideas on how to make your offer standout. She is also well informed on the history, current state, and future plans for neighborhoods throughout the valley. She is very patient, letting you go at the pace you are comfortable with, never making you feel pressured to do anything, but always there with you to provide the guidance you need to make the right decision. She is always available for questions, open houses and walk throughs (even if you want to go back to the same property again), while never making you feel like you’re a burden. She works unbelievably hard to keep the process moving, so much so that you feel badly at times, but in the end, you are so appreciative for her efforts. On top of everything else, Amanda is a genuinely kind and caring person who wants to ensure that you find the perfect home for you and your future. We would highly recommend Amanda to any of our friends and family, and we will always turn to her when it comes to any real estate venture.

Sharidyn was very patient with our home sale and purchase of out new home. She went above and beyond in scheduling multiple showings of the home that we were selling, as well as homes that we wanted to walk through! I would Highly recommend Sheridyn and the entire Cannon team!
