Rena is a true professional. My husband and I were impressed by her in-depth knowledge of the many facets associated with real estate. It was evident when we worked with her that she had a deep understanding of all of the technical details (regulations, financial, contracts, etc). On the other end of the spectrum Rena has an eye for aethestics and beauty which was extremely important when it came time to show the home. She understands PEOPLE, which gives her the ability to deal with the emotions and the psychology that associated with buying and selling of a home. The thing that impressed me most about Rena was how hard she worked. We are happy to recommend her!

When my husband and I decided to sell our Ogden UT home, we wanted to go with an agency that didn't adhere to the traditional 6% real estate fee so we called around and left messages (it was Memorial Day weekend). Brandon responded the same day! We didn't know what to expect with this flat fee approach but he walked us through the steps, kept us informed along the way. We settled on a listing price that resulted in 12 or 15 showings (I lost track!) within 2.5 days and multiple offers above the listing price by the end of the 3rd day of listing. We were under contract within a week of listing the house!
