My primary realtor was working on moving out of real estate to work at a title company and he told me I would eventually be working with Dustin. Well, one day my primary realtor was unavailable to show me a house I was interested in, so he asked Dustin to show it to me instead. As soon as we were finished, I knew I wanted to switch and work with Dustin sooner to make the transition easier (nothing wrong with my primary relator). The thing I most appreciate with Dustin is his great, awesome, and down-to-earth friend-like personality, and his availability and honesty. We had a situation where Dustin thought something got messed up on his end (it didn't), but he was honest with me about it. We later realized it wasn't actually a mistake at all. Also, I truly felt he wasn't rushing me to find something so he could get paid. I will definitely use Dustin if I ever move again! - Justin Herron

I know multiple people that used Cameron and then when it was time for us to sell our house, he was the best choice we could have made! He knows his stuff and had been giving me advise for a long time and did everything in a very professional manner. No lies, no stories, no broken promises or fiction. He told it like it was and did much better than we expected. 5 Stars and a great combo of professionally personable!

Anyone who’s ever bought, sold, or built a house knows how insanely stressful it can be. That’s why having the right realtor is everything, and we honestly loved working with Barbi Schramm from Presidio Real Estate! She’s based in Utah County but works all over the state, and she has been an absolute game-changer for us. She managed to sell our place in Davis County crazy fast and for top dollar, all while effortlessly keeping our new build on track. She is hands-down the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. Barbi is incredibly organized, so kind, and just a total powerhouse who gets things done, but she always kept us in the loop so we never felt left in the dark. Literally every piece of advice she gave us paid off. If you want a smooth, stress-free experience with someone who will truly be on your side and treat your money like her own, do yourself a massive favor and hire her!

Shauna has valuable experience and expertise in real estate and navigated me through the entire process. She was readily available and responsive. She took care of our needs and followed up to ensure our needs were met. She is direct and professional in her negotiation skills and helped create strong lines of communication between the sellers and us. If you need a realtor to help you find a home that fits you and your family, we recommend Shauna Pizza.
