She stayed in contact with us and helped us negotiate the price we were asking. She knew real estate law very well and helped us when counteroffering and building addendums. I highly recommend Ruth Ann to anyone looking for a personable, yet professional, real estate agent.

More advertising for the subdivision would be helpful
