Shandon's experience in construction management is extremely helpful -- he can walk you through a home and know exactly what looks good, bad, or salvageable in a structure (helped us avoid a deceptively bad foundation and another home with hidden water damage). Shandon is one of the most conscientious and professional people I've had the pleasure of working with. We felt zero pressure, he became very in-tune with our preferences, and he was always very quick to respond to calls, text, and email. He asks great questions throughout the buying process to pinpoint what you're looking for and, as our preferences evolved over a couple weeks, he was happy to accommodate. If we move again in the future, I will definitely be relying on Shandon and he's the first I'll recommend to friends and family.
