As first time home buyers, we had no idea what this process would be like. Ashley made everything so easy and straightforward. I would recommend her 1000000000000000000%!!!!!

This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

From the moment we met Traci, we have had a truly positive experience. She listened and was patient, and respected our needs. She executed a flawless close and collaborated well with the full team. We were fully informed and felt represented by an honest and transparent agent. And finally, she managed our process with us being out-of-state and was truly very helpful!
