She is very knowledgeable and well connected. You cannot go wrong by asking Kelly to assist you in either finding your dream home, as she did with us, or selling your house for the best deal.

She advised me about pricing and the house sold in 13 days at over the Zillow estimate. While the house was unoccupied, she got claeners in and contractors to do minor repairs and a little painting to make the property sparkle. She also got a landscaper to do a some yard maintenance.
