Michelle was very good at explaining everything about the process, what we would need to do, and what we would expect. She was also an excellent guide for us when we were looking for financing. She is also very patient and was more interested in helping us find the right home for us. We looked at 40+ homes over a wide area all within our budget range. Michelle spent a lot of time with us and helped navigate safely through some difficult situations (the market in this area can be rather difficult and Michelle's experience was absolutely critical). Michelle is very interested in getting to know her buyers and determine their needs. This was evident when she found for us the perfect house that was in the process of being built. Michelle went above and beyond the call of duty with helping us get the house under contract, work with the builder to finalize the designs, and even helped us navigate choosing finishes, and working within our allowances to put together a truly amazing house.
