Melinda helped me buy my first home in Coventry, CT. As a first-time homebuyer, I was pretty intimidated by the whole process, but she made it a breeze! She helped me find my dream home at a great price in only three showings. I'm so glad I found her through a trusted friend's recommendation, and she lived up to the hype! Working with Melinda is easy and she is incredibly responsive. She was always available to look at homes and answer my questions, even on short notice. Her knowledge of the local market and the entire buying process was profound, which gave me peace of mind. I will definitely be reaching out to her again when it's time to buy a new home, and I will happily recommend her to anyone looking for a truly outstanding realtor!

Melinda went WAY above and beyond the responsibilities of any realtor that I have ever experienced. We had a sticky situation involving renters who were not keen on leaving our home so we could list it. She wrote out the lease agreement, spoke with the renters, collaborated with lawyers, and made it very easy for us to understand the process and agreement. Then we had several situations arise with our house and Melinda again went out of her way on several occasions when she absolutely did not have to. She was very communicative, proactive, and thorough. Our lawyer that we used for the closing thinks so highly of her he even gave us a discount on his fees. Melinda Walencewicz had the knowledge, skills, contacts, and most importantly, the patience to walk us through every step from beginning to end and we are quite grateful for her assistance. I also highly recommend her if you are older/elderly as that seems to be her expertise as well.

I have worked with Melinda since moving to Connecticut 24 years ago. She helped me buy my first home and then guided me through 2 more purchases and 3 sales. I tell everyone I know, if you need a realtor no one will out work Melinda. And, always listen to her. She knows and understands the market and has never given me bad advice.
